Become a key player as a Senior IT Support Specialist focused on Microsoft O365 environments. Provide Tier 2 support while ensuring cybersecurity best practices and efficient system performance.
You will assist on-site and remote users in resolving technical issues, working closely with the IT Director. This position highlights your expertise in Azure Active Directory management, cybersecurity strategies, and service excellence. You will also engage in O365 tenant migrations and system implementations to strengthen security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Tier 2 technical support for users
• Support Microsoft O365 services like Exchange and Teams
• Manage Azure Active Directory access and identity
• Respond to security incidents and phishing attempts
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years in customer-facing IT support
• Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools
• Solid communication skills for customer service
