Claribase is building the future with #NoCode. We use database and automation tools like Airtable and Zapier/Make to create databases and workflows to make our clients’ processes more efficient. Our clients include organizations of all sizes and industries including in retail, marketing, real estate, and non-profits.

We are a growing company in an exciting space within technology and are looking for a full-time employee. The applicant needs to have a keen eye for operations to help clients streamline and automate their workflows. We are looking for entrepreneurial self-starters to help also execute marketing, database, and sales projects that will help grow Claribase and build our culture and brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Design databases based on client needs
- Implement business automations within Zapier/Make
- Implement integrations with other tools that the client that may be using
- Accessing APIs to pull and push data to other software tools
- Use various integration and add on tools to configure forms, portals, and reporting dashboards
- Work in a team environment to deliver projects
- Manage the projects and lead client discussions
- Prepare sales and promotional presentations
- Collaborate with client teams to identify, contact, and build relationships with relevant stakeholders in the client’s company
- Build our brand equity by delivering high quality work and effective support for clients




- Train clients on how to use their systems, answer technical questions, and create documentation for client projects

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience using Airtable and Zapier/Make and other third party tools
- 1-2 years of previous database development, operations or start-up experience
- Has experience with Airtable and Zapier/Make
- Robust desire to learn along with professional drive
- A lover of technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, flexible, open-minded approach towards work assignments
- Good interpersonal skills with a natural ability to work with and support colleagues
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively with clients and co-workers with different styles and levels of technical knowledge
- Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision and work well under pressure
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, debugging skills and proven ability to discern critical from minor problems
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and handle multiple tasks at one time.

Annual Salary $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus
