Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and facilitate SAP configuration management initiatives and provide IT project management guidance and support. This is a multi-year HYBRID contract prospect in Ottawa.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Providing IT project management guidance and support using Project Management Institute (PMI) standards
- Preparing progress reports of the IT project on a regular basis, by providing project communiques at multiple levels in the Chain of Command (CoC);
- Supporting the definition, coordination and management of IT projects;
- Providing subject matter expertise (SME) support to Project Managers in the use of SAP Project Systems module, including specifics of how it has been implemented/configured
- Assisting in the development and documentation of requirements, including development of use cases, dataflow and process flow diagrams;




- Assisting in the development and management of applications using PMI standards, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Change Management.

Qualifications and Skills

- VALID Secret level Federal Government Security clearance
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
- Hold SAP Certified Application Associate Project System or Canadian Forces Institution Certificates in DRMIS Project System
- Possess a minimum of six (6) months in the past twenty-four (24) months of demonstrated experience in SAP Project System or DRMIS Project System

Education

- Masters of Business Administration is required
