Overview

The Paragon Group is seeking motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Canvassers to join our growing team across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. This role is focused strictly on lead generation, not direct sales. You will be responsible for introducing homeowners to Paragon Group’s exterior home improvement services and booking qualified leads for our specialist teams.

The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and comfortable engaging homeowners in friendly, informative conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door outreach within assigned neighborhoods across Vancouver & the Lower Mainland.
- Represent The Paragon Group in a professional and trustworthy manner.
- Introduce homeowners to our exterior home services and identify interest.
- Generate and book qualified leads for inspections, estimates, or consultations.
- Educate homeowners on available services without high-pressure sales tactics.
- Accurately track and report daily activity, leads, and homeowner interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements





- Previous door-to-door canvassing, appointment setting, or direct customer engagement experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods in various weather conditions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable with month-to-month contract structure.

Training

- Full training provided on company services, lead qualification, and communication scripts.
- Ongoing coaching to help maximize lead quality and earning potential.
