Drive exceptional float operations as a Float Operations Captain piloting the DHC-2 Beaver. Ensure flight safety and efficiency across remote Northern waterways while delivering outstanding service for passengers and cargo.
This position demands a well-rounded skilled with at least 1000 hours of flight time and a minimum of 500 hours on floats. You’ll plan and execute flights, manage procedures for mooring and docking, and adapt seamlessly to Northern conditions. Your strong stick-and-rudder skills and sound judgement will reinforce a safety-first culture among your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Command float operations on the DHC-2 Beaver
• Plan flights with a focus on safety and efficiency




• Provide excellent passenger and cargo loading care
• Conduct pre/post-flight inspections diligently
• Work alongside dispatch to ensure punctuality
Requirements:
• Minimum 1000 hours total flight experience
• At least 500 hours of float time required
• Valid CPL with Float Rating required
• Class 1 medical necessary
• Familiarity with Northern flying operations valued
