Support Hiring Managers on the writing of preliminary and/orfinal version of the Job description. On occasion,
coordinate interviews for Hiring Managers andTechnical experts involved in the talent acquisition process. Collaborate and recommend process improvements andefficiencies to build out the recruitment function Produce accurate weekly reports (Lever ATS) of hiring activityand accomplishments for data trending. Support Hiring Managers on all questions related to recruitingmethods and interview questions.
