Oxford Learning Rosedale is seeking a student‑focused teacher‑tutor to work during after‑school and evening hours. All lessons are pre‑planned, and the role requires in‑person teaching with no relocation packages and mandatory vulnerable sector screening.
Schedule
- Evenings: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Saturdays: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm as needed
Responsibilities
- Teach up to 3 students at a time at different levels
- Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
- Fill in post‑lesson notes and complete daily student communication updates
- Maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or similar certification in a relevant field
- Teaching certification an asset
- Knowledge of current Grade 9 to Grade 12 curriculum
- Some experience teaching/tutoring at a Grade 9 to Grade 12 level
- Robust English written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and balance working with up to three students at a time
Compensation
Hourly rate: $17.20 – $20.00

Oxford Learning Rosedale – 44 St Clair Ave., 2nd Floor, Rosedale, ON. Applicants must reside in or within a short commute of the Rosedale area. This is an in‑person position; relocation packages are not available.
