Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financing and registration documents for customers
• Demonstrate expertise in Tesla products and services
• Maximize scheduling efficiency for customer interactions
• Compile performance reports to support training
• Ensure smooth pre-delivery experiences for customers
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Proven ability to develop cooperative relationships
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license
