We’re looking for a Technical Lead who can combine hands‑on engineering excellence with leadership to build scalable, secure, and cloud‑native solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive architecture, development, and innovation , including AI‑powered and agent‑based solutions , while mentoring teams and partnering with business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Technical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and development using Microsoft technologies
- Define engineering standards, best practices, and design patterns
- Conduct code reviews and provide hands‑on technical guidance
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of enterprise applications

Development & Delivery

- Build applications using C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Design and implement REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management
- Collaborate across Product, QA, and Infrastructure teams
- Architect and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Work with App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Storage, and cloud-native services
- Implement Azure Landing Zone, governance,



and cost optimization strategies
- Design and implement agent-based AI systems using frameworks like Azure OpenAI Service
- Build multi-step reasoning workflows, planning, and tool orchestration
- Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) into enterprise applications
- Develop autonomous/semi‑autonomous agents interacting with APIs, data sources, and business processes

Stakeholder Engagement

- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Provide estimates, roadmaps, and technical recommendations
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years of software development experience
- 2–3+ years in a Technical Lead / Senior Developer role
- Solid expertise in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile practices
- Proven ability to balance hands‑on coding + leadership responsibilities
