We’re looking for an Account Director, PR & Experiential to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll drive strategic direction across a portfolio of high-profile clients, lead and mentor a high-performing team, and deliver innovative, insight-driven campaigns across PR, experiential, influencer, and integrated marketing channels. What You’ll Do

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business impact Serve as a senior strategic partner to clients, providing guidance, insight, and leadership Oversee multiple accounts and ensure excellence across all deliverables, timelines, and budgets Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Coordinators, supporting growth and performance Drive cross-functional collaboration across PR, experiential, influencer, and digital programs Lead business planning cycles and contribute to long-term brand and agency growth strategies Identify opportunities for organic growth and new business development Oversee campaign performance, analytics, and KPI reporting to ensure continuous optimization Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal best practices What You Bring

7+ years of experience in PR, marketing, or integrated communications (CPG or beverage experience preferred) 3–5 years of experience leading and developing teams Strong expertise across PR, influencer marketing, experiential, and integrated campaigns Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and drive strategic outcomes Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering ROI Highly organized, detail-oriented,



and solutions-driven Willingness to travel across Canada, the US and internationally Nice To Have

Experience navigating regulated industries (e.g., beverage alcohol compliance) WSET Level 2 certification French language proficiency Valid driver’s license Why Join Alchemysts?
