This is a full-time, permanent opportunity at our brand-new Grande Prairie branch. The role is located at

9036 108 St, Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 4C8.

Why this role matters We are looking for a

Branch Manager

with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead a new location. You will build a strong team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, supported by EBH’s proven model and technical expertise. This role requires robust leadership, communication, and alignment with EBH’s core values. You will oversee branch operations and team development, working closely with corporate, district, and technical teams.

What to expect in the role

Shaping the Grande Prairie Branch.

Play a key role in launching our Grande Prairie location from the ground up. This position will help establish the branch’s operations, shape team culture, build strong customer relationships, and support long-term growth.

Driving Sales.

Responsible for managing an active account base, including customer acquisition and retention. You bring a passion and drive to accelerate branch sales growth and gross profit,



along with strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with both existing and new customers.

Operational excellence . Oversee branch operations while contributing to strategic planning, people leadership, sales, and the effective use of technology. This role also focuses on creating and improving processes to achieve business objectives.

Leadership.

Lead, mentor, and empower your team in alignment with EBH’s core values. This includes partnering with the branch team on hiring, performance management, goal setting, and succession planning.

Collaborator.

Work closely with Corporate Managers, Sales Directors, Customer Service Managers, branch staff, and HR to develop strategies that maintain or enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Support sales calls and business development presentations as needed, and make timely decisions or recommendations to resolve escalated customer issues.

Strategic planner . Ability to analyze data to meet branch key performance indicators, including gross profit and sales margins. Prepare or oversee branch reporting, such as annual budgets and other operational reports as required. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen and demonstrated experience managing P&L; responsibilities.

Previous experience in a leadership or sales role is required

Demonstrate ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Technologist designation, or Red Seal Electrician certification is considered an asset

High level of professionalism grounded in integrity, with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

5+ years of experience in the electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical industry

5+ years of progressive management experience is an asset

Proven ability to build relationships, form strategic partnerships, and work effectively across diverse groups

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle, as travel is required (vehicle allowance provided)

Intermediate computer skills, including strong proficiency in MS Office, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to learn new software
