Drive service delivery excellence by acting as a key point of contact for client requests. Support the team with administrative tasks and advocate for clients' needs.
This role is essential in managing service requests while providing critical support for project delivery. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams and proactively identify delivery issues. Your efforts will contribute to service improvement plans and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed customer report packs for the team
• Manage client service requests and respond to inquiries
• Support project delivery engagements with clients
• Identify and troubleshoot project or delivery issues




• Collaborate on service and process enhancements
Requirements:
• Knowledge of information security principles highly desirable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to think clearly and elevate issues under pressure
• Solid relationship-building skills with clients and teams
• Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
