Lead emergency response efforts while managing restoration projects as an Emergency Mitigation Manager. Ensure adherence to quality standards and mentor team members in compliance practices.
As an essential part of our emergency response team, you will manage restoration projects, validate work scopes, and liaise with insurance stakeholders. Your role includes hiring subcontractors and deploying the best teams to handle urgent situations effectively. Knowledge of IICRC S-500 standards is key for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage emergency projects ensuring high-quality service
• Validate emergency work scopes with project leaders
• Communicate with insurance providers on project details




• Deploy and manage skilled restoration teams
• Enforce standard procedures for water and mold remediation
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Certification from IICRC necessary
• At least 3 years of experience in restoration
• Experience in team leadership and management
• Knowledge of water damage equipment and procedures
