Business Solutions Specialist – Temporary

We’re looking for a temporary Business Solutions Specialist to join our Member Contact Centre team in Regina or Saskatoon for up to a 12‑month term. You will be responsible for proactively supporting our business members in their everyday banking needs, including providing holistic solutions and advice.

Responsibilities

- Support the financial success of our business members
- Proactively evaluate and recommend cash management solutions and other value‑add services available for business members
- Manage account openings, implement new solutions and provide day‑to‑day technical support
- Answer all incoming communication from the shared email inbox and Member Contact Center Business support line
- Support Virtual Business Advisor and Business Advisor teams with administrative, reporting and technical support as needed
- Mitigate risk to business members and Conexus by identifying potential fraudulent activity




- Complete Lending 360 entries for credit cards
- Develop and maintain effective vendor relationships

Experience

- At least 2 years’ experience in the financial industry with demonstrated business acumen
- Previous experience in member‑based financial advising

Compensation

Salary range: $56,210 – $70,260 with 10% short‑term incentive target.
