We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Regional Security – in this role you will get to:

- Select, train, develop and motivate a staff of security professionals located across Canada
- Plan, organize, staff, direct and controls the Canadian security program.
- Ensure the safety and security of FedEx team members, property, company / customer assets and the FedEx brand.
- Oversee proper monitoring of FedEx proprietary and contract security programs
- Manage security assessments and evaluate security requirements at all FedEx operating locations within Canada
- Respond to crisis and emergency situations on a 24/7 basis
- Develop, maintain and ensure liaison with law enforcement officials, conducting investigations, representing FedEx at courts

So what do you need to do all of this? How about…

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) preferred
- Six (6) years Law Enforcement/ Corporate Security including three (3) years experience within air cargo industry; includes 2 years management experience in Security
- Working experience with Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of investigation/interview techniques: detection/alarm systems, Close Circuit TV(CCTV), access control and Transport Canada security regulations/ laws
- Must hold or be able to hold secret security clearance
- Overnight travel required and work varying shifts based on business needs.
- Comfortable working with service dogs
