Drive customer engagement as an ATV and Boat Sales Consultant. Assist customers with informed buying decisions, ensuring outstanding service and product knowledge in a friendly, timely manner.

In this role, you will be dedicated to delivering world-class customer service. Engage customers to understand their boating and ATV needs, while providing essential product information. Your responsibilities include maintaining showroom presentation standards and managing customer relationships through our CRM tool to elevate the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure a welcoming shopping experience for all customers • Identify and address customers' ATV and boating needs • Maintain current knowledge of products and promotions • Generate and manage customer leads effectively • Participate in special sales events and activities

Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent experience • Proficient in calculating discounts and percentages • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand long periods • Friendly communication with customers and associates • Experience with Point of Sale systems
