Enhance the quality of life for the deafblind community as a Service Support Specialist. This role focuses on coaching, mentorship, and team collaboration while working in a dynamic setting.
In this nonunion practice support role, you will enhance service delivery through skilled, collaborative practice support. Expect to provide hands-on training for Intervenors, develop onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with individual needs. If you're passionate about improving communication and program consistency, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on modeling and coaching for Intervenors
• Draft summary notes to support training continuity
• Conduct individualized onboarding and skill development
• Collaborate on program quality and protocol alignment
• Audit documentation for accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
• Community college diploma in Intervenor services required
• Minimum three years of experience in this role
• Proficiency in ASL or other communication methods advantageous
• Valid driver's license is mandatory
• Strong organizational and communication skills
