What You'll Be Doing As a member of the Commercial Banking team, you’ll work with our clients to create end‑to‑end financial solutions to help build a comprehensive approach to finance growth, manage cash flow, increase efficiency, and mitigate risk. As a Relationship Manager you will manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients by proactively developing new business opportunities in the community and ensuring clients’ day‑to‑day banking needs are met at the highest level. You’ll be a strategic partner to some of Canada’s leading companies, delivering flexible business solutions, dedicated expertise, and timely advice to help clients realize their goals.

How You’ll Succeed

Relationship building – develop new client relationships through business development activities, leverage referral sources, existing clients and centres of influence. Actively monitor and manage these relationships by fully understanding clients’ goals, purpose, and business status.

Teamwork – work with internal partners to connect clients with opportunities. Commit to building a local business community profile to leverage into effective relationships with new and existing clients and partners.

Client experience – proactively assess clients’ needs and propose solutions to deliver and meet those needs. Interact with assigned clients to facilitate prompt responses to questions, inquiries or issues, providing best‑in‑class service. Apply industry/company knowledge to develop client/prospect proposals for financial and strategic solutions to meet client needs.

Who You Are

You put clients first and engage with purpose to find the right solutions.

You have experience in Commercial or Business Banking, demonstrated business development skills, and a solid understanding of financial statements,



account principles including valuation techniques and cash flow analysis. You have experience managing the credit quality of a portfolio of commercial banking clients with credit and/or complex cash management needs.

You act like an owner, thriving when empowered to take initiative, go above and beyond, and deliver results.

You hold a degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
