POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated individual with strong technical and organizational skills to join our Wealth Management Team, in our Elmira, Ontario office. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as a primary day-to-day support contact for assigned GRS clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
- Assist with onboarding of new group plans and plan transitions, including data setup and coordination with internal teams
- Support employee lifecycle events (enrollments, terminations, retirements, leaves of absence, plan changes)
- Provide proactive follow‑up on outstanding client requests and service issues
- Support GRS team with employee and plan sponsor meetings, presentations, and education sessions as required
- Validate contribution, payroll, and deduction data; reconcile across systems, custodians, and carriers; and resolve discrepancies in balances, transactions, and reporting.
- Identify trends in service requests, errors,



and client feedback, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing process enhancements to improve client experience and operational effectiveness.
- Support development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for GRS operations
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as required
- Support system maintenance, including data updates, accuracy checks, and periodic clean-up activities

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3-5 years of experience in a financial services or investment administration role, ideally with exposure to Group Retirement Services (GRS)
- Working knowledgein investment processes and procedures (MutualFunds, RRSP, RRIF,TFSA, RESP)
- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice suite of products, with the abilityto adapt to different systems
- Experience with Salesforce or Carrier Plan Sponsor platforms is an asset but not required
- Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills(written and oral)
- Comfortable interacting with advisors, plan administrators, and carrier partners in a professional and efficient manner.
- Retirement Plan Associate designation or Mutual Fund license would be an asset but not required
- Bilingual (French) would be an asset but not required
