Part-Time Data Entry Clerk

About the position:

The Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at Pathway Capital Management, LP is responsible for the following tasks:

- Download documents from external websites.
- Upload documents to the company’s online document storage site and categorize documents with criteria for the company to easily access.
- Notify applicable departments in a timely manner when documents are available.
- Retrieve documents upon request.
- Review document categorization for accuracy and correct categorization, as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Ad-hoc projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Acute attention to accuracy and detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Work effectively with deadlines
- Able to work a regular work schedule of 20-25 hours per week during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)





This is a Part-time position ideally working Monday through Friday 4 to 5 hours day .
