You will provide actionable recommendations to improve performance, participate in monthly and annual closing processes, and foster ongoing improvements in reporting and tools for enhanced decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial performance, including costs and budgets
• Analyze and investigate financial variances' root causes
• Prepare financial analyses for senior management




• Ensure high-quality financial data reliability
• Support continuous improvement in reporting processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation required
• 3+ years in accounting or financial control
• Experience in manufacturing finance strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
