This executive role requires developing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in Canada. Collaborate with Business Unit Directors to elevate product marketing and sales efforts while managing a team focused on high-performance sales activities. You'll oversee training, evaluate distributor networks, and implement product strategies tailored to target markets.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide strategic direction for the Canadian marketplace • Expand and enhance the direct sales force • Evaluate and improve distributor and sales networks • Develop region-specific product strategies for growth • Coordinate with internal shared services for support

Requirements: • Engineering/Business degree; MBA preferred • 5-10 years of business leadership experience • Robust presentation and communication skills • In-depth knowledge of utility markets • Willingness to travel extensively across Canada
