Enhance guest satisfaction as a Lodging Supervisor. Lead operations, maintain high quality standards, and train seasonal staff to deliver exceptional service throughout the season.
In this role, you will focus on guest experiences by maintaining quality lodging facilities and supervised staff. You will directly manage guest service agents and oversee housekeeping operations. You’ll ensure all areas are ready for guests, contributing to a world-class experience at the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate issues related to guest accommodations
• Handle guest concerns efficiently and effectively
• Train and support front desk and housekeeping staff
• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of lodging facilities




• Oversee daily housekeeping assignments for efficiency
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Front Office management preferred
• Exposure to Housekeeping operations is advantageous
• Leadership skills are essential for team motivation
• Knowledge of property management systems preferred
• Must possess robust attention to detail and guest focus
Take charge of guest experiences while managing a motivated team and ensuring exceptional lodging standards are met every day.
