Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver rapid, hands-on clinical mentorship to nursing staff
• Support staff training and development initiatives
• Provide consultation and direction in nursing practice




• Collaborate with nurse educators for skills enhancement
• Lead change and support staff through transitions
Requirements:
• Current RN or RPN registration with BCCNM
• Minimum three years nursing experience in relevant clinical areas
• Leadership training or equivalent experience required
• Valid BC Driver’s License may be necessary
• Knowledge of adult learning principles is essential
