Become the essential Building Superintendent in a permanent role. Oversee building operations while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction in a live-in arrangement.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance, inspections, and ensuring a protected and welcoming environment for all residents. Your role includes addressing resident inquiries, maintaining positive relationships, and being on-call for after-hour emergencies. You’ll also coordinate minor repairs and oversee third-party vendor work to ensure quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of the building
• Facilitate maintenance tasks and work orders as needed
• Address resident concerns with professionalism and care
• Ensure resident safety and protocol during emergencies
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Property Manager
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a superintendent preferred
• Excellent customer service skills essential
• Reliable and proactive with a friendly demeanor
• Experience in monitoring maintenance work required
• Ability to work on an on-call rotation including weekends
