Key Responsibilities:
• Administer bi-weekly payroll processing accurately
• Maintain compliance and prepare necessary reports
• Support financial reconciliation and audits




• Coordinate donation processing with fundraising efforts
• Lead payroll system improvements and updates
Requirements:
• 2-4 years hands-on payroll experience
• Education in Business, Accounting, or HR
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with payroll systems
• Experience with not-for-profit fundraising is an asset
• A Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification is advantageous
