Reporting directly to the Operational Excellence Team Leader, this role focuses on enhancing operational processes across various sectors such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality. You will implement sustainable improvements using structured methodologies like DMAIC. The position requires collaboration on key projects and supports commissioning efforts of new equipment and manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple improvement projects in various operations • Analyze data using DMAIC for sustainable progress • Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives • Train teams on Lean manufacturing principles • Ensure safe working conditions and foster a lean culture
Requirements: • Post-Secondary education in Engineering or related field • 1+ year in continuous improvement role (co-op acceptable) • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
