Own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, ensuring clients derive maximum value from their investment.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own success for a portfolio of 75 customers • Drive customer engagement to elevate retention • Monitor account health and usage metrics • Manage proactive renewal conversations effectively • Identify growth opportunities within customer accounts

Requirements: • 1–3 years in Customer Success or Account Management • Experience in managing multiple customer relationships • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage a high-volume customer portfolio • Data-driven mindset for interpreting customer signals
