The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking a high‑octane, results‑oriented Corporate Partnerships Manager. This isn't just a sales role; it's a strategic consulting position. You will be the face of the club to the business community, responsible for architecting 360‑degree partnerships that blend traditional media, digital assets, and premium ticket inventory into powerful business drivers for our partners.

What You Will Do

- Architect Integrated Partnerships: Build and sell comprehensive packages that include traditional/digital assets (signage, social, IP) alongside corporate ticket blocks, season memberships, and group experiences
- The Hunt: Aggressively prospect and qualify local, regional, and national B2B leads. You aren't just looking for “sponsors”; you're looking for business partners whose growth objectives align with our audience
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep‑dive discovery meetings with C‑Suite executives & business owners to perform “Marketing Needs Analyses.” You will translate their pain points into ROI‑focused proposals
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined sales funnel within our CRM, providing accurate weekly forecasting on both sponsorship revenue and ticket contract values.
- Collaboration & Activation: Work cross‑functionally with the Marketing and Activation teams to ensure every promise is delivered.
- Game Day Execution: Own the room. You will host prospects and current partners during game days and special events, turning “hospitality” into “retention and upsell” opportunities

Requirements

- C‑Suite Fluency:



Exceptional ability to engage, negotiate with, and influence Senior VP and C‑Level decision‑makers
- The “Hunter” Mentality: A proven track record of securing new business in a competitive landscape. You thrive on the “no” because it gets you closer to the “yes.”
- Strategic Versatility: Experience selling high‑value services (SaaS, Ad Agency, or Sports/Ent) where the sales cycle requires multiple touchpoints
- Technology: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Archtics) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), as well as working knowledge of analytics, presentation, and collaboration tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Microsoft 365), or comparable technologies, to support partnership sales, pipeline management, reporting and presentation development
- Adaptability: The sports world is fast. You need to be comfortable pivoting strategies when a new inventory asset or community initiative opens up
- Availability: Skilled sports is not a 9‑to‑5. You must be energized by the atmosphere of game days, evenings, and weekends
