In this pivotal role, you will work closely with medium to large enterprises, advising them on effective utilization of Autodesk AECO products. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships and ensuring that technical implementations meet customer expectations while promoting adherence to service levels. Collaborative problem-solving and proactive engagement are central to achieving technical success for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a technical advisor establishing customer relationships • Monitor and escalate critical issues efficiently • Provide data-driven technical recommendations • Seek out improvement opportunities for client workflows • Facilitate coaching sessions for customer adoption
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil or Construction Engineering • 5+ years of experience with Autodesk AECO solutions • Robust analytical skills in large enterprise settings • Knowledge of data exchange and workflows • Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences
