Key Responsibilities:
• Support portfolio development on Rotary, DTH, and Raisebore products
• Provide field technical product support for R&D; testing
• Maintain a product performance database
• Assist in technical training for end users and sales channels
• Deliver insights on market trends and competitor products
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical or application support
• Education in technical/marketing/business related to mining
• Solid computer skills for data analysis
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel frequently
