Responsibilities

- Provide tailored solutions and fabulous experiences to our customers
- Always be learning and adapting to change
- Be a team player by supporting and being there to help your team
- Be the store expert for all things service‑related
- Handle account and billing inquiries
- Troubleshoot and support repair issues
- Provide general product knowledge advice

Qualifications

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Required weekly availability: 32 hours with 5 continuous hour shifts on weekdays and weekends, minimum of two open and two close coverage windows. Shifts no less than 3 hours in length.
