Role Overview

You will oversee warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service performance—ensuring the business runs efficiently, safely, and continuously improves.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations: picking, packing, and shipping.
- Develop and maintain SOPs; identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Supervise warehouse staff and customer service team; manage scheduling and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
- Track KPIs (fulfillment time, error rates, inventory accuracy) and deliver weekly reports.

Requirements

- Proven experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfillment operations.




- Hands‑on leadership style — comfortable on the floor and in systems.
- Solid process improvement, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing teams, setting expectations, and driving accountability.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
