Lead the D365 application support team as a Senior Manager, focusing on technical excellence and service delivery. You'll ensure the stability and growth of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations platforms.
In this office-based role, you will oversee the technical application support for D365 systems. The position demands a deep understanding of solutions architecture, operational governance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve service quality. The ideal candidate brings extensive technical expertise and leadership to enhance business outcomes through contemporary support models.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and develop D365 CE and F&O; application support teams • Define governance frameworks and operational best practices • Design a modern support strategy and operational model • Direct Level 2 support for complex technical issues • Collaborate with application owners and operational teams
Requirements: • 5+ years leadership experience in Dynamics 365 ecosystem • 8+ years technical experience with D365 solutions • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline • Certifications in Agile, ITIL, or project management preferred • Proven track record with enterprise-scale D365 environments
