Northwest Regional Manager As Northwest Regional Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and general management oversight to recycling depots within your region. You will hire, onboard, support, coach, and evaluate supervisory staff; act as primary support for depot supervisors; ensure accountability of depots and compliance with operational procedures; complete all required documentation and reports; maintain customer and community relations; foster an inclusive and respectful work environment; participate in professional development and SARC/SARCAN working groups; and perform other duties as assigned.

Please note: This position requires frequent day travel throughout the Northwest region of Saskatchewan, occasional overnight travel within the Northwest region, and occasional travel to other regions within the province. The position offers flexibility to be based out of Saskatoon and surrounding areas, or other communities in the Northwest region that are within reasonable driving distance of Saskatoon.
What are the skills you must have to perform this role?
Minimum five years of related industry experience, most recently in a supervisory role.
Post‑secondary education is an asset.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels within an organization, as well as external partners.
Judiciousness and political sensitivity when working amongst a diverse group of individuals and organizations is essential.
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft 365; experience with Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint is an asset.
Be proactive, accountable and able to work independently.
Commitment to teamwork and meeting team goals.
Ability to work effectively with and coach people with all abilities.
Flexibility and the willingness to change priorities and deadlines as required.
Empathy, a positive attitude, and sense of humour go a long way.
Valid class 5 driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle is required.
Must provide a satisfactory criminal record check as a condition of employment.
