You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders by acting as a collaborative partner and ensuring effective communication throughout the hiring process.**What you will do*** Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers,



guiding them through the selection and offer stages of the recruitment process* Utilize Power BI to monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement* Manage candidate communications at the offer stage, ensuring a high-touch and professional experience* Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday)* Leverage a variety of AI tools to streamline recruitment tasks such as writing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and analyzing candidate data to improve efficiency and consistency* Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and culture during candidate interactions**What we look for*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered* 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong emphasis on interview facilitation, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation* Experience recruiting for high-volume manufacturing roles preferred, but not required* Demonstrated success utilizing data and partnering with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes and improve recruitment processes* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Workday or similar platforms preferred* Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic,
