Future Territory Sales Representative

Location: Greater Toronto Area

Employment Type: Part‑Time (Contract‑Based)

Contract Details

- Hours: 25–35 per week (4 days/week, approximately 6 hrs/day)
- Schedule: Assigned territory with 2 retail locations per day, 3 hours per location
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus performance incentives

Responsibilities

- Deliver clear, accurate product education and create a welcoming experience for customers while complying with regulatory guidelines.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with store staff and managers to equip them with knowledge and tools to support customers.
- Follow a structured schedule of visiting two retail locations per day, spending approximately three hours at each location, and drive sustained growth within the territory.
- Manage travel across the Greater Toronto Area efficiently to ensure punctuality and consistent execution.
- Influence purchasing decisions responsibly, close sales, and accurately complete customer registrations while safeguarding sensitive information.
- Address challenges quickly and effectively to maintain a positive experience for customers and retail partners.

Qualifications

- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve measurable targets in retail or field environments.
- Previous experience in retail sales, territory management, or field marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with or interest in tobacco products and the adult tobacco consumer market is considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, engaging presence.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and educating customers in a professional, compliance‑focused manner.




- Ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and category insights to customers and retail staff.
- Proficient with digital tools and systems, and confident adapting to recent platforms and technologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and transport assets up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license is considered an asset.
- Robust work ethic and self‑motivation.
