A leading heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex projects from planning through delivery while working with a well-established organization known for delivering major infrastructure developments across Eastern Canada. The Senior Civil Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of major civil construction projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders while coordinating internal teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project objectives are achieved. You will also play a key role in driving project performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and mentoring junior project staff. Key Responsibilities





Lead the delivery of large civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk Coordinate engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement Candidate Profile

Civil Engineering degree required Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation preferred 5–8+ years’ experience managing large civil or infrastructure projects Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience delivering complex construction projects on schedule and within budget PMP certification considered an asset Why Apply
