Join our Global Architecture team and begin building a strong foundation in platform and enterprise architecture. This early‑career role is designed for new graduates who are curious about how large‑scale technology platforms are designed, documented, and evolved. You’ll work alongside experienced architects and technology leaders, supporting architecture initiatives through documentation, coordination, and structured analysis—while learning how architecture enables scalability, reliability, and consistency across the organization. This role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and collaboration, with clear guidance and well‑defined outcomes to support your development.

Position Responsibilities

Platform Architecture Contribution

- Assist with documenting platform architectures, including cloud platforms, infrastructure services, and shared technology components.
- Contribute to architecture diagrams, inventories, and supporting documentation.
- Apply established platform standards, patterns, and reference architectures with guidance from senior team members.
- Support analysis of platform capabilities, dependencies, and non‑functional requirements such as performance, resilience, and scalability.

Architecture Support & Enablement

- Prepare materials to support architecture planning, review, and governance activities.
- Assist senior architects with research, structured analysis, and synthesis of technical information.
- Help maintain architecture repositories and shared knowledge assets.

Learning & Development

- Build a foundational understanding of enterprise platforms, cloud services, and shared technology layers.
- Learn how platform architecture supports scalability, resilience, and consistency across systems.
- Develop skills in systems thinking, documentation, and architectural communication.
- Participate in architecture training, mentoring, and communities of practice.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent academic or practical experience.
- Foundational understanding of, or strong interest in, infrastructure, cloud, or platform technologies.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Interest in enterprise platforms, system design, and large‑scale technology environments.
- Prior architecture experience is not required. Curiosity, learning ability, and collaboration are what matter most.

Compensation & Benefits

Referenced Salary Location: Toronto, Ontario.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid.

Salary range is expected to be between $69,525.00 CAD – $115,875.00 CAD. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
