Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Scrum Master based in Toronto, Canada, with the flexibility to work remotely on specific days. The Scrum Master will guide and facilitate hybrid (Agile and waterfall) methodologies across development teams, ensuring effective sprint planning and execution. Responsibilities include hosting daily stand-ups, coordinating sprint ceremonies, removing obstacles, mentoring team members in Agile best practices, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
Having strong experience in Supply chain and SAP technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and creating and managing User Stories
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating team discussions
- Basic understanding of Software Development concepts and familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong experience in Supply Chain experience
- Retail Domain Knowledge
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve team roadblocks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment or facilitating remote teams is a plus
