Enhance waste management operations as a Truck Dispatcher. Coordinate service requests, manage container rentals, and ensure productive route planning within a reliable team.
In this key role, you will report to the administrative office director and manage service inquiries through multiple channels. Your responsibilities include coordinating container rentals, preparing bid proposals, and organizing daily routes for drivers. Collaboration with the transport department is essential for effective route setting and driver scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle service requests via phone, email, and in-person
• Coordinate roll-off and commercial container rentals
• Create daily route sheets for truck drivers
• Prepare and issue rental proposals for containers
• Communicate route details and instructions to drivers
Requirements:
• DEC in Administrative Technologies preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Knowledge of the Rouyn-Noranda area
• Strong reliability and punctuality skills
• Intermediate French spoken and written proficiency
