Role Summary: As an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, you’ll deliver high-quality surveying, sampling, and air monitoring services in line with

HSE guidelines , ensuring safety and compliance across various property types.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys

Perform air monitoring: background, leak,



reassurance & 4-stage clearances

Ensure compliance with

HSG264 ,

HSG248 , and

UKAS

standards

Submit clear and accurate reports using internal systems

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Maintain equipment and adhere to strict health & safety protocols

Engage in regular audits, CPD, and internal training

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

1 year

of relevant industry experience

Qualified in

BOHS P402, P403, P404

(or working towards 403/404)

Robust understanding of UK asbestos regulations

Full UK driving licence

Strong reporting and communication skills

Willingness to travel throughout Kent and nearby areas
