Support IT initiatives as a Core System Administrator managing database performance and system design. Drive enhancements and maintain communication with stakeholders across the organization to optimize core processing systems.
This role involves substantial administration of the Fiserv DNA Core processing system, focusing on data architecture and reporting execution. You will lead multiple projects while troubleshooting system requirements and work with developers to integrate third-party solutions. Additionally, the role encompasses providing user maintenance and technical assistance to both end users and IT staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead troubleshooting sessions to elicit system requirements
• Manage Oracle database installations, upgrades, and performance tuning




• Write regression test plans for core system software
• Identify operational deficiencies for compliance improvements
• Develop documentation on system features and updates
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years DNA core system experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration
• Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory
• Robust SQL scripting skills and troubleshooting capabilities
