Drive effective hail operations in the role of Hail Manager. Manage repairs, oversee vehicle assessments, and maintain strong communication among clients and insurance partners in this full-time position.
The Hail Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of hail storm damage operations, ensuring that repairs are completed on time and to high standards. You will lead a team, manage relationships with various stakeholders, and utilize estimation tools to assess damage effectively. Some travel is required to meet clients across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hail damage assessments and repairs
• Manage and mentor a team of direct reports
• Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers




• Conduct accurate estimates using industry software
• Ensure adherence to quality repair standards
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant hail repair or bodyshop experience
• Familiarity with PDR/Hail Repair Process preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Estimation experience with Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter
