The Director – Strategic Partnerships is responsible for driving new business development and regional expansion in the healthcare sector across Western Canada. This role focuses on identifying prospective organizations, building strong executive-level relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a regional growth strategy to expand clients and revenue. Identify and pursue recent opportunities within the healthcare & education sector. Lead the full business development cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers. Represent the organization at industry events and forums to increase visibility. Provide regular updates on pipeline, conversion metrics, and forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful partnerships. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is an asset). 5–8 years of progressive business development experience with a proven record of achieving growth targets.



Strong ability to engage and influence C-suite executives. Proven negotiation and closing skills with long-term contracts. Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with strong communication and presentation skills. Compensation:

Base Salary & Incentives:

Annual base salary of $100,000–$120,000, plus eligibility for the Commission Program. Benefits & Perks:

Comprehensive benefits package, including pension with company contributions/match, company credit card. Additional Allowances:
