Trainee, Insurance Advisor

Expected Compensation:
$21.28 per hour for a 35‑hour work week, with a rate increase upon licensing and promotion to full Insurance Advisor. Licensure is typically achieved within 3 months of hire.

High motivation to grow with little or no prior sales or customer service experience.
Ability to build authentic client relationships.

Responsibilities

Conduct client interviews and capture accurate data.
Participate hands‑on in the team, turning client concerns into opportunities.
Anticipate and interpret client needs and complete insurance transactions.
