Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and track safety training programs
• Prepare reports and maintain program documentation
• Support documentation of HR and Safety workflows
• Assist in implementing workflow automation in systems
• Help maintain safety records across relevant platforms
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related discipline
• 2–4 years in HR, Safety, or program coordination
• Experience with HRIS/LMS systems, UKG an asset
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
• Proficient in data tracking and process improvement
Drive program compliance and worker safety while enhancing HR initiatives within the organization.
