Project Manager with E billing & Facets Project manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives with a proven ability to coordinate efforts across multiple IT teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for product modernization work for Billing and Enrollment platform.

Coordinate with the business stakeholders, vendors and IT teams to identify the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Work with Product Management to ensure they define the scope in the requirement management tools for PI prioritization.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary.

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Coordinate resources, facilitate meetings, and drive communication among project participants.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.





Provide regular status updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Foster effective partnerships with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.

Required Qualifications

Experience in IT project management

Having experience with ebilling and Facets experience.

Medicare/Medicaid domain knowledge and understanding of Enrollment and Billing processes for Medicaid, Dental and vision benefits

Experience with Products implementation and coordination of the work across Business, IT and vendor teams

Experience managing requirements in JiraAlign and ADO tools

Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Agile Certification (Protected, CSM, or equivalent)

Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
