Job Type: Full‑time

Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 + Bonus Opportunity

Schedule/Availability: Clinic Operating Hours (including holiday and weekend availability as posted on the website, subject to change)

Commute/Travel: Reliable commute to home clinic and periodic coverage at other clinics as needed.

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions:

- Retail environment: walk short distances, stand long periods.
- Lift/carry inventory up to 25 lbs, reach, crouch, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull.
- Communicate verbally and on phone with clients.
- Operate standard office equipment (phone, keyboard, computer, touchscreen).
- Close vision, depth perception, color vision, ability to adjust focus.

About This Exciting Role

Skin Laundry is growing and opening recent clinics across the U.S. We seek laser‑focused Clinic Managers to lead sales strategies and day‑to‑day operations. As Clinic Manager you inspire, coach, mentor, and lead the team to excel in sales, client retention, customer service, and clinic operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Lead execution of brand business strategies to maximize KPI results and achieve sales goals.
- Develop relationships with partners and clients for new business opportunities.
- Customize local clinic marketing and outreach plans; collaborate with Marketing to build brand awareness and drive sales through market outreach and in‑store events.
- Sell memberships and products directly to clients.
- Provide ongoing training for new hires; partner with VP of Talent Management to execute training.
- Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory forecasting, and client issue resolution.
- Hire, develop,



motivate, coach the team; give feedback and develop career plans.

About You

- 3‑5 years of retail management experience.
- Passion for accessible and inclusive beauty.
- Retail Math, MS Office, Outlook proficiency.
- Strategic thinker who excels in daily tactics and customer service.
- Commitment to a positive culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion.
- Strong leader, 1:1 client engagement, self‑motivation, high standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative mindset.
- Continuous learner, coaching and mentoring passion.
