Lead critical training initiatives as a Training Coordinator. Support employees with knowledge, skills, and certifications to enhance safety and effectiveness across all sites.
This full time role requires relocation to ensure collaboration within the organization. You'll be instrumental in providing safety support for growth projects, overseeing Mine Rescue programs, and leading training delivery and improvement initiatives. The position reports to the Health and Safety Superintendent and entails working closely with stakeholders to promote effective safety communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safety support for growth and onboarding projects
• Coordinate Mine Rescue training programs across sites
• Lead internal training program implementation and improvement
• Develop onboarding packages for essential systems
• Maintain training databases for certification compliance
Requirements:
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience in emergency response coordination
• Underground Common Core certification required
• Ability to deliver specialty safety training
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
